• Manages incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records.

• Maintain databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed

• Communicate with clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans

• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system

• Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses

• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information

Preparation and Skills.Basic Knowledge Required:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Similar.- Analytical, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.- Excellent communication skills.Specific Knowledge Required:- General Accounting- Analysis of costs and budgets- SAP system- Bilingual English/SpanishSafety This position will adhere to safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the local BorgWarner Safety Policy, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires.
