Description Robert Half is seeking a Buyer for our client here in Reno, NV. As the Buyer, you will be responsible for meticulously planning and executing purchase orders in accordance with both forecasted and actual demand, utilizing our ERP system to ensure seamless integration. Your duties will include releasing purchase orders to approved suppliers managing inbound shipments to optimize transportation costs maintaining up-to-date supplier information within the system Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll work closely with our Demand Planning and Sales teams to monitor forecasts and recommend adjustments as necessary. Building strong relationships with both external suppliers and internal, fostering a proactive and collaborative working environment.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with internal and external resources to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our procurement processes.
