Job Description:

The Senior Program Analyst will support the Office of the Chief Financial Officer EVM Program Exec.

• It provides system administration of NASA's Earned Value Management (EVM) software applications and understanding IT environments.

• Maintain and test applications in a multi-stage environment, including support with new software releases and monitoring system performance.

• Identify system performance and functional issues, recommend solutions, and confer with team and vendors when necessary to resolve them.

• Develop and update processes, procedures, and training and document best practices to manage applications to ensure consistent and reliable operations.

• Serve as secondary POC for EVM software Help Desk support and metrics tracking.

• Manage the EVM Central Repository with monthly data submittals of data loading into Empower.

• Support internal and external working groups and conferences.

• Support programs and projects with planning, implementation, and anomaly resolution with EVM data.

• Support team meetings, track action items to completion, conduct ad-hoc analysis/research, develop presentations/metrics, and document monthly accomplishments.

Experience Requirements:

• Knowledge of IT environments (hosting, testing, staging and production)

• Desired 15+ years combined experience.

• NASA experience preferred.

• Expert experience with Encore Analytics Empower and Deltek Cobra applications, or equivalents.

• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint required.

• Knowledge of EVM and project scheduling.

• Possesses strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to interface and present to all levels of management.

Desired- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art
