What do our Quality Assurance Specialists do? Engages in the act of quality monitoring and scoring by listening to previously recorded calls and chats. Provide feedback for areas of finding and continuous education opportunities. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and editing of quality monitoring forms, the aggregation, analysis, and thought-leadership associated with individual and group findings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as a proxy administrator for Verint and other QM system Utilize/export historical results for use in identifying, and communicating, trends and continuous education opportunities Identify and propose new/revised quality metrics Periodically provide executive grade "at-a-glance" updates on quality monitoring movement Consistently prepare and furnish completed findings required for leadership to conduct regularly scheduled and recurring side-by-side observations with directs Create and maintain library of objective observations that identify individual team members' strengths, weaknesses, suggestions, and opportunities for target-based training Assist, as requested, in the co-facilitation of continuous education opportunities for the CSC team members by way of sub-group sessions, workshops, and target-based training Produce and maintain adhoc reporting needs as requested What do you need? High school diploma or GED 2 years of progressive Customer Service experience Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization Ability to influence and persuade others in the process of change management Analytical skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong understanding of key metrics and trends. Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels with a range of internal and external stakeholders including customers, employees, and suppliers as required. Able to demonstrate strong levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details. Acts with the highest standards of integrity at all times and builds enduring and trusting relationships across all key stakeholders. Must pass pre-employment background screen
