The role:

This Position is a Hybrid position based from Brisbane or the Gold Coast. You will be required to ensure compliance with the Building Code of Australia and relevant state based regulations, undertaking a full range of Building Surveying duties. In addition, you will actively participate contributing to company performance targets, marketing to new clients and preserving relationships with an existing client base. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across all many aspects of the business and a variety of projects.

To help us facilitate the successful delivery of our projects, day to day you could be:

  • Assessing project documentation and liaising with clients, making recommendations for compliance within the relevant industry building codes

  • Mediation with clients around delivery times and offering solutions

  • Document management and preparation of technical reports

  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance

What’s needed?

Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:

  • Experience working on large, complex commercial projects is beneficial

  • Experience working in Private industry would be beneficial

  • Attention to detail and proven ability to write high quality and considered reports.

  • Professional attitude, friendly personality and self-motivated.

Salary package and company progression will be dependent on level of experience and ability.
