Belle Terrace HR and Payroll Processor (Human Resources) in Quakertown, Pennsylvania

Belle Terrace is seeking a full-time Director of HR and Payroll.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies

  • Coordinating interviews for new staff

  • Onboarding new hires and organize orientations

  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and the corporate office.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience as an HR Director in Healthcare

  • Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques

  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to multi-task.
