Shoals Technology Group Talent Acquisition Analyst in Portland, Tennessee

Talent Acquisition Analyst Shoals Technologies Group Nashville, TN Area Overview: The Talent Acquisition Analyst will provide a wide variety of support to the Talent Acquisition team which will include Interview coordination, offer process, and onboarding along with Backoffice support. Responsibilities: Responsible for all candidate interview scheduling which includes coordinating lunches and plant/office tours as needed Responsible for coordinating all aspects on the onboarding process including new hire orientation for salaried workers Responsible for all background check processes which includes all contingencies and drug screens Responsible for creating and storing all relevant offer letter and new hire documents Process all TA related invoices, candidate travel reimbursements and other billing needs Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all areas of the business Assist in maintaining applicant tracking data in HRIS system Lead tracking of key talent metrics and identify insights leveraging the ATS Attend job fairs and campus recruiting events as needed Assist with other talent acquisition initiatives like employment branding, community events Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key Universities, Technical schools and other area organizations for recruiting partnerships Collect and submit data for internal/external audits Other duties as assigned Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 1 year of business experience; preferably at a corporate level, in human resources or a manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Shoals Technologies Group, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
