LPN: $32.00 per hour

Rotating Schedule: 5x 8's potential for 4x10s in the future

Requirements:
Active RN or LPN (unencumbered) license OR
Active EMT-P license

Ensure Accuracy of Intake Forms
Vital Signs Monitoring
