EXOS Operations Coordinator in Portland, Oregon

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

The Program Operations Coordinator will support administrative and business operations within a large corporate account. As a member of the larger operations team and reporting to the Program Operations Manager this person will work closely with several other program operations leaders to ensure systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently:

  • Support Program Managers in the operation and organization of key program services

  • Work with Program Managers to review and analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement

  • Contribute to the analysis of program metrics, data and financial tracking

  • Collaborate on creation of new offerings and services

  • Assist in hiring and onboarding of new team members

  • Facilitate processing of member requests

  • Scheduling of services Instructor management

  • Payroll and administrative support

  • Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate would have :

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 1 year operations or program coordination experience

  • Minimum 1 year proven ability to provide high quality customer service

  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, or as a team, and proactively with minimum supervision

  • Confidence to critically assess, manage, and streamline systems and operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or the equivalent

  • Experience using MindBody Online business management software

  • Experience and/or subject matter expertise in group exercise or sports programming

  • Proven ability to build relationships

  • Ambition, diligence, and passion for improving the lives of others
