Experience:\ - Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or higher education teaching or education administration\ - Strong background working with children, providing guidance, and supporting their educational journey\ - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal\ - Proficient in using educational software and technology tools\ - Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders\ - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail\ - Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively
