Robert Half Financial Analyst/Manager in Plymouth, Minnesota

Description We are seeking a Financial Analyst/Manager to join our Healthcare/NHS team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role will be a crucial part of our operations finance team where you will partner with various levels of leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead inventory consolidation and forecast effort for all planning and reporting cycles to ensure accurate financial planning.

• Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers to support business decisions.

• Conduct regular financial reviews with business partners to communicate financial performance and address business issues.

• Provide scenario analytics to strategic projects, gross margin initiatives, and long-range planning.

• Develop, automate, and monitor key financial metrics to provide valuable insight and influence business to achieve financial goals.

• Consolidate financials from various global manufacturing sites and provide succinct effective communication to leadership on business performance.

• Provide ad-hoc analyses to support complex decision making within global manufacturing operations and present recommendations to management.

• Serve as financial lead in cross-functional team environments.

• Identify areas that can be improved and constructively propose new solutions that drive efficiencies.

• Develop and utilize sound financial processes to drive improved business performance.

• Support ad hoc internal and external audit requests. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst/Manager role within the Healthcare/NHS industry.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

• Knowledge of CapEx is a must.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is required.

• Prior experience in Auditing is essential.

• Understanding of Budget Processes is needed.

• Must possess excellent Customer Service skills.

• Experience in Annual Planning is crucial.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) is required.
