We currently have an exciting opportunity for experienced FINRA licensed advisors who have achieved high levels of success in advising clients as well as in business development. As a registered Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) of Fort Pitt, You will have access to:

    Candidates are required to have an a ctive Series 65 or Series 7 & Series 66 or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) to be eligible and considered for this role. 

    What You'll Do

  • Required to satisfy or exceed annual production goals

  • Generate new business through client acquisition

  • Advise clients

  • Collaborate with other like-minded advisors

    What You’ll Bring

  • Active Series 65 or Series 7 and Series 66 certification is required

  • Preference will be given to candidates who hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation, or Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation, or those who are committed to obtaining these qualifications within a specified time frame

  • A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in delivering direct client advice is required for this position

  • Proven track record of developing business successfully through traditional channels

  • High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required

  • While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we welcome candidates who possess a combination of relevant experience and education

    About The Position

  • 100% in-office work environment

  • Green Tree, PA location (Foster Plaza)

  • An active Series 65 or Series 7 & Series 66 or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) is required

  • Reports to the Director of Sales

  • No direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions on the team

  • Regular Full-Time

  • Exempt/No Overtime

  • Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

  • Frequent evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand

  • Frequent travel to client meetings and networking events is expected for this position

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly production bonus opportunities
