Job Summary:

Assists in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for Avnet programs, products and services. Ensures marketing efforts optimize the user experience throughout the sales cycle, increase marketing effectiveness, improves customer satisfaction and amplifies the Avnet brand. Builds brand engagement, drives qualified and relevant traffic, and derives consumer insights to help optimize strategies from campaign performance.

Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation, execution, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate and QA deliverables for monthly supplier digital campaigns to ensure accurate creative assets are being delivered to agency within the defined timelines and within budget

  • Set up and manage source codes to track digital campaign performance across all channels to ensure proper data collection for reporting and channel/tactic effectiveness

  • Liaise with creative operations, supplier team, and external agencies to ensure that all deliverables are being created according to spec and overall strategy

  • Collect and track campaign performance; leverage reports data to identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI for campaigns

  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns

  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels

Job Level Specifications:

  • Strong project management skills and ability to plan ahead, delegate and adjust course as necessary.

  • Excellent communications skills and relationship management skills.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital and offline ad buying, preferably within the technology industry

  • Experience reviewing digital advertising campaign performance

  • Experience with data platforms – preferably Adobe or Google Analytics

  • Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of professional expertise. Is competent in all job functions and has general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.

  • Work is performed independently requiring judgment and discretion.

  • Interacts with management and professionals within department and other parts of the organization. May represent department externally on projects.

Work Experience:

  • Typically 3-5 years with bachelor's or equivalent or 1-3 years with master's

Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
