Freedom Powersports Office Manager / Title & Funding - RideNow Powersports Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona

RideNow Powersports - Phoenix, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team!

Our RideNow dealership in Phoenix is looking for an Office Manager that will also be handling the Title & Funding responsibilities for the dealership. We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and organized individual to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate must be able to process high-volume transactions in a fun but fast-paced environment, all while maintaining compliance with our policies and delighting our customers.

This is a wonderful environment and can be a long-term ‘home’ for the right candidate. RideNow Phoenix, is an entity within the RumbleOn national powersports dealership network, with over 50 stores across the country!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily posting of bank transactions

  • Sales deal billing; loading inventory into our CDK Evo DMS.

  • Process daily OEM dealer transfers

  • Enter A/P invoices and process vendor checks.

  • Monthly OEM parts statement reconciliations

  • F&I products / warranty cancellations

  • Month end closing process

  • General Ledger reconciliations, assist with month end close.

  • Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions that are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.

  • Process on-road, off-road, and watercraft vehicle titling and registration (including out-of-state).

  • Reassign incoming titles from trades-ins and outright vehicle purchases

  • Process lien payoffs and outright purchase checks

  • Notify customers when license plates are available with an option to pick up or mail out

  • Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers, and regulatory agencies

  • Follow-up with different lending institutions on the release of ELT and physical titles.

  • File documents efficiently & accurately

  • Verify the accuracy of completed forms

  • Ensure appropriate inspections are requested from third parties

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Controller

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of dealership experience working in an automotive, powersports, or auction environment, preferred

  • Strong data entry experience

  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment

  • A sense of urgency is a must in this position

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of and ability to assign over ownership on titles for all 50 states desired

  • Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

  • Ability to comprehend or learn to read an NMVTIS report.

  • Notary Certification a plus
