- Operate CNC machines or Grind Robot to produce high-quality fasteners\ - Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications\ - Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurlingandthread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes\ - Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards\ - Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related problems\ - Maintain a clean and safe work environment and safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations\ - Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs\ - Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments\ - Safety Sensitive Position.\ - Other duties as needed or required
