Job Summary

As the Senior Manager of GTM Strategy & Programs, reporting to the Executive Director, GTM Strategy & Operations, you will be you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of our TV partner products and managing their lifecycle programs effectively. This position requires strong program management & leadership ability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees. Comcast and Charter Communications will form a 50/50 joint venture that will bring our world-class Flex streaming platform, 4K streaming devices, voice remote and XClass TVs nationwide. You will want to join our innovative team, because together we will develop and offer consumers a next-generation streaming platform, with a world-class user experience and navigation and all the top apps, bringing more choice to the streaming marketplace. Comcast also will contribute XUMO to the joint venture, our free ad-supported service that currently delivers more than 200 unique streaming channels and features hundreds of free content choices.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategy.

  • Develop and implement new programs, tools, and workflow improvements to improve transparency, drive scale, and facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

  • Lead GTM meetings to drive execution and ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Support project management/program management for cross-functional product GTM and lifecycle initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with product teams to establish a feedback loop for gathering product insights and feedback.

  • Coordinate app, content, and partnership implementation across Strategy & Ops, Marketing, Customer Care, and other relevant teams.

  • Organize and lead various team meetings such as Weekly & Quarterly team meetings, GTM Readiness, etc.

Highly Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience in hardware/device GTM, product management, and program management.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry or related field is highly desirable.

Additional Information:

  • Position is office based in Philadelphia, PA or Irvine, CA-- 4 days/week & 1 day remote

Education

Bachelor's Degree
