SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Program Management & Sourcing, the Program Management Analyst is responsible for the formulation and execution of procurement strategies within Aramark.
The analyst establishes best practice procurement work processes to identify sourcing opportunities, provide KPI reporting and executive summaries, and deliver program objectives with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
This position is based in Philadelphia, PA.
Specific Responsibilities of the Program Management Analyst are To:
Successfully execute projects to agreed time, scope, and quality including developing objectives and plans to deliver on the business case benefits, budget and timescales
Provide analytical support and utilize problem solving capabilities to generate standard or ad hoc reports and executive summaries
Develop and utilize best practice tools including standardization of project scorecards, trackers, RFX templates, analytics reporting, development of project summaries, adoption of project management tools
Develop and improve change management and stakeholder relationship management processes
Identify project opportunities with the company’s transformational initiatives towards Total Delivered Cost opportunities and Supply Chain simplification
Utilize and promote the usage of technology (e-Sourcing, Catalogs, Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Dash Boards, Ariba + Zycus deployment and benefit capture) in order to maximize Global Procurement’s resources and deliver the best benefit to Aramark’s Source to Pay systems
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Functional / Technical skills
Procurement or supply chain experience is a plus
Experience in Source to Pay implementation (SAP/Ariba, Zycus, etc) is a plus
Ability to work in autonomy
Ability to work within a matrix environment, build strong cross-functional and cross-regional relationships
Must demonstrate leadership and influencing potential
KEY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Expert with industry standard Business Analysis tools, standards and techniques
Proficient at MS Excel, PowerPoint, Sourcing and procurement tools a plus
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Being a self-starter and very results oriented
Multi-lingual a plus
A Bachelor’s degree is required. A MBA or Masters in Supply Chain is a plus.
