Your Team

This role will report to the Country Human Resources Manager. You will work closely with HR Teams across Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam and work on projects impacting all Malaysia-based employees across multiple business units.

• Someone who is proactive, agile and able to build effective relationships. You ensure events and meetings are coordinated perfectly and quickly to meet business needs.

• Passionate about employee experience and a good team player

• Able to effectively manage conflicting priorities, strong organizational and execution skills

• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Providing a comprehensive HR operations support to the HR team, including providing on the ground support and logistics for regional/local initiatives and activations

• Lead and manage Workday (HRIS) processes for Malaysia, ensuring the accuracy of the data and completing required tasks in a timely manner

• First line of support for HR related queries from employees

• Handling any other related HR projects

• Stay close to ground, acting as a channel for employee feedback

Job Qualifications

• Recent grad, or 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources including internship experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Strong communication skills and collaboration skills

• Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others

• Know how to lead, set priorities and deliver what you commit to

• You are English proficient (written and spoken)

• Legally eligible to work in Malaysia
