General Electric 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Pensacola, Florida

Role Summary:

The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor performs the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. This requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge, with a developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

As the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will:

  • Provide oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees (typically managing hourly employee populations)

  • Develop new solutions under guidance / in a team setting and/or based upon precedents within the organization

  • Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches / methods

  • Specify needs, communicate project approach and present outcomes of research done

  • Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB level

  • Deliver products as part of a team

  • Work on cross functional teams

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Supervision
