Kforce Data Entry Associate III in Pearl River, New York

Kforce has a client in search of a Data Entry Associate III in Pearl River, New York (NY). Essential Job Functions:

  • Enters data into database(s), which may include scanning and uploading of documents

  • Ensures quality data: conducts ongoing clean-up of database, verifies, tracks, and files data

  • Works with team and follows up when needed; resolves issues resourcefully

  • Manages document workflow within document management system and provides administrative approval for document promotions

  • Offers guidance to document authors on document workflow and provides clarification of document standards and requirements

  • Provides technical writing services to manufacturing operations

  • Conducts database searches and generates reports based on data as necessary

  • Effectively prioritizes to complete tasks and avoid delays in work flow

  • Takes full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of work

  • High School diploma 6-8 years of relevant Business experience or AS degree 3-5 years or BS degree in a related field 2-4 years of relevant business experience

  • Years of experience 5-7

  • Experience working with the document management system; experience authoring SOPS and Job Aids

  • System administration experience

  • Must have a thorough understanding of company and department procedures and systems

  • Must have excellent computer skills, customer service skills, and the ability to communicate orally and in writing

  • Proven organizational skills and proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office suite)

  • Able to draft routine correspondence and establish own priorities

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to prioritize heavy workloads

  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and able to prioritize work to meet customer (internal/external) requirements
