Description

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our company. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Records: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Payroll Processing: Process payroll accurately and on time.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Tax Preparation: Assist with tax preparation and filing.

• Budget Management: Monitor budgets and report any discrepancies.

• Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into accounting software.

• Audit Support: Provide support during financial audits as required.

  Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

• Experience: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
