Eastern Suffolk BOCES Hourly Job Coach (PT) in Patchogue, New York
ASSIGNMENT: Supported Employment
SITE/BUILDING: Islip Office Center, Oakdale, NY
Roanoke House, Riverhead, NYRESPONSIBILITIES:
Non-traditional work hours based on consumer need (typically 5-10 hours/week)
Provide on-site job coaching, skills training and transportation training to consumers in various workplace locations throughout Suffolk County (days, evenings, and weekends)
Provide work-related social skills training, employer training as needed and perform job development
Completion of time sensitive documentation as required by funding sources
START DATE: As soon as possible
SALARY: $22.25/hour
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must have strong organizational and time management skills, and Microsoft Office competency.
Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
