Sax LLP SR. TAX ASSOCIATE in Parsippany, New Jersey
Job title: Sr. Tax Associate.Job location: Parsippany, NJ. Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.Number of positions: 1 opening.Job description: Plan, manage & interpret accounting records to determine financial status of corporate clients; coordinate with external providers on corporate audits & prepare detailed reports on audit findings; assess internal controls & preparation of accounting statements using QuickBooks, Drake, CFS. Develop accounting policies, engage in budget planning. Responsible for tax preparation for multi States, tax planning & compliance especially 965 Transition Tax, Forms 8992/5471/5472/8865/FBAR & Foreign Tax calculation to maximize tax credits. Coordinate with IRS & State Tax authorities regarding Tax notices.Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Commerce or Finance plus 5 years experience in job offered or as an Accountant or Auditor or Financial Analyst. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience will accept Master’s degree in Accounting or Commerce or Finance plus 2 years experience in job offered or as an Accountant or Auditor or Financial Analyst.
