Job Summary:

The MyJoining Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the glue that holds the "offer to onboarding" process together within the recruitment process. You will work directly with candidates, recruiters, and vendors to ensure that new hires have the resources and support they need to start their jobs. You will also play an integral role in New Employee Orientation, helping welcome and provide new employees with an experience that will delight and set them up for success. You are a strong relationship-builder and communicator, using your project management and collaboration skills to tackle administrative tasks within human resources with efficiency and passion.

This position sits on the Recruitment Program Services sub-team within the Talent Acquisition team and reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

  • Coordinates and completes all pre-employment screening processes individually, or in collaboration with the vendor, including but not limited to: reference and background checks, pre-employment health screening, and licensure/degree/certification verifications.

  • Serves as a liaison with internal and external candidates on matters relating to onboarding activities.

  • Support with the logistics and operations of New Employee Orientation.

  • Coordinates the employee referral process in accordance with policies and procedures.

  • Completes licensure/degree/certification verifications for new hires and transfers.

  • Provides support for recruiters with sourcing, reviewing resumes and screening applicants during high-requisition workload for the team. May be required to take on recruitment and offers for entry level positions.

  • Coordinates immigration actions for current or new employees who may need sponsorship.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly-related work experience. Experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources highly preferred.
