Town of Ocean City Tram Conductor- Seasonal in Ocean City, Maryland
The Town of Ocean Citys Transportation Department is accepting applications for Summer 2024. Tram Conductors are responsible for ticket sales, collect revenue including credit card transactions, and reconcile accounts. Requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate calmly, clearly, and effectively. Conductors assist passengers with special needs or disabilities. Must always be focused on the safety of passengers.
Work schedule:
- includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications
Position Details:
- Minimum of 18 years old.

``` - Position requires excellent customer service skills, point of sales capabilities, ability to communicate calmly, clearly and effectively. - A high school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, and experience.

``` - Must be able to pass pre-employment and random Drug and Alcohol tests. - Hourly rates: $15.91 for new tram conductors and $16.23 for returning tram conductors (who meet specified requirements) - **Referral and Retention Bonuses are available to employees who meet specified requirements.
