POSITION:Hourly Job Coach (PT) ASSIGNMENT:Supported EmploymentSITE/BUILDING:Islip Office Center, Oakdale, NYRoanoke House, Riverhead, NYQUALIFICATIONS:•High School Diploma or GED•Must have strong organizational and time management skills, and Microsoft Office competency.•Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environmentRESPONSIBILITIES:•Non-traditional work hours based on consumer need (typically 5-10 hours/week)•Provide on-site job coaching, skills training and transportation training to consumers in various workplace locations throughout Suffolk County (days, evenings, and weekends)•Provide work-related social skills training, employer training as needed and perform job development •Completion of time sensitive documentation as required by funding sourcesSTART DATE: As soon as possibleSALARY: $22.25/hour Studies show that women and members of some groups are more likely to underestimate their qualifications for a position.
