The Breakfast Attendant maintains positive guest interactions while serving breakfasts to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Interact with guests
- Set up/maintain breakfast area required by brand standards
- Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day
- Assist in ordering/purchasing food supplies
- Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, hot food, coffee, juices
- Set up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups, other paper products
- Clear/clean tables as they are vacated
- Wipeup spills
- Restock items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for next day
- Wash serving equipment, return to storage
- Return resuable food supplies to storage
- Keep breakfast area, clean including removing trash, clean breakfast area, kitchen counters, cabinets, floors
- Vacuum, mop and dust breakfast area and lobby
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Ensure breakfast and lounge area looks neat, clean and inviting
- Wash glassware, utensils after each use
- Perform physical activities, comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Perform other duties as, when assigned.
Food Handler's Certification preferred
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Good personality, positive interpersonal skillset
