Position Summary Responsible for coordinating material availability, final shipment facilitation and preparation, production data entry and other administrative duties associated with the Molding and the fabrication department's final assembly work cells. What you'll do

  • Complete packing slips a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the ESD (Estimated Ship Date) for all Fabricated Products.
  • Coordinate activities requiring a future view of the projects scheduled for shipment
  • Proactively work with the supervisors, planning, quality & purchasing to ensure completion of their activities in the prescribed time frame to complete these projects on time.
  • Coordinate and generate skid sheets required to generate the packing slips.
  • Create final product labels based on set requirements.
  • Coordinate material to kit and organize material so the final assembly work cell can efficiently perform their function.
  • Plan in advance of final assembly to ensure all the required parts have quality control approvals.
