Spectrum Comm Inc Cleared Project Manager in Norfolk, Virginia
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Lead to join our Remote growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Learning Management System (LMS) for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales to go-live and post-launch support
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
Manage a team of implementation specialists and ensure efficient resource allocation
Collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders
Oversee client training and ensure successful adoption of the product/service
Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related field
PMP certification preferred, or demonstrably strong project management experience
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience with [Company Product/Service] or similar solutions a plus
