Bright Horizons Customer Insights Analyst-Remote in Newton, Massachusetts

The Customer Insights Analyst works with the Customer Insights Team to evaluate and analyze our customer experience surveys to create visualizations and reporting that carries the customer's voice to the organization. This role requires a passion for data, analytical skills, and customer obsession to identify themes, trends and actionable insights from our customer experience surveys for multiple services across Bright Horizons. Experience in survey development/research and best practices are necessary to share in the end-to-end research process. This position will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team and must be able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.

What you will be doing:

  • Ownscustomerexperiencesurveyreportingandanalysisthroughcreationandmaintenanceof resultsdashboards,reporting,andone-offanalysesformultipleservice lines

  • Actsasaresearch/analysissubjectmatterexpertandresourceforCustomer Insights

  • Understandscontextofdataandappropriateuses

  • Monitor,measureandprovidefeedbackonsurveysandreportperformance

  • PerformsbasicdatatransformationsinExcel

  • Supportsresearchdevelopmentandend-to-endsurveyprocess.

  • Monitorshealthofsurveysandbringsissuestoleadership

  • Workswithstakeholdersandendusersofdashboards/reportingtocommunicateinsightsand ensure understanding

  • Developandmaintainaworkingknowledgeofcompanyoperations

  • Workscollaborativelywithotherdepartmentstoidentifyimprovementsto reports

  • Exercisesauthoritytosendandanalyze surveys

What we hope you will bring to this role:

  • Bachelor'sDegree is required. Analytics,Math,Research preferred.

  • A minimumof1 yearofrelevantwork experience is required.

  • A minimum of 5 additionalyearsofexperiencewouldbeconsideredinlieuoftheapplicable degree.

Compensation Range:

The annual salary range for this role is: $60,000-$65,000.

Compensation Range: $60,000-$65,000 per year
