Maintains knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, ) and attendant regulations, property internal controls, policies and procedures
Actively contributes to departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures
Ensures consistent and timely compliance with all gaming and internal control policies and procedures
Responsible for circulating through an assigned area of the casino floor along with other team members to monitor guest service
Answer questions related to slot machines general property information
Maintain the condition of the Mobile Attendant device including using only appropriate use of instruments, cleaners, chargers, cases and other approved accessories provided by the company
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk
Some duties performed may be outside employees normal job duties
