Accountemps has partnered with a local Manufacturing organization on an immediate need for a Purchasing Coordinator! This position will be reporting directly to the purchasing manager and CFO.
Daily Responsibilities: - Creating and processing purchase orders - Following up with vendors on any discrepancies - Working heavily in Microsoft Excel their ERP Software - Approving invoices from vendors
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment - Understanding the difference between raw materials and finished goods - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience required - Proficiency with Excel (Vlookups Pivot tables preferred) - Knowledge of ERP software
