NJ Employer Manager, Third Party Risk Management in Newark, New Jersey

The Third Party Risk Management Systems Business Analyst position will apply their business analysis and process management expertise to support the delivery of governance, risk, and compliance tools for Prudentials Third Party Risk Management Program. This role will also support the development and delivery of training and management information reporting. The incumbent will serve as liaison between ORM Archer Tech Lead and the user community, which includes Vendor Governance Officers and their staff across Prudentials U.S. and International businesses. The incumbent will have the following primary responsibilities:Collect, document, prioritize, and oversee systems enhancements/requestsInterpret business needs into technical enhancement requestsLead user group meetings to develop business requirements and work through implementation issuesServe as a subject matter expert on system workflows, data structures, and dependenciesEvaluate enhancement requests to ensure alignment with Third Party Risk Management StandardsPrepare and manage project plans / schedules and provide regular status reportsSupport the development of continuous monitoring of the third party risk management programs across the enterpriseSupport information management reportingLead / coordinate / support related special projects and initiatives for the Third Party Risk Management ProgramCoordinate Prudentials involvement in industry groupsVEVRAA Federal ContractorRequest Priority Protected Veteran ReferralsEOE -Veteran /Disabled/Minority/AA/F/M/SO
