Who You Are

As a Senior Process Analyst you will play a pivotal role in propelling Justworks’ international expansion and supporting ongoing global operations. You will sit within the Business Process Management team but work in close partnership with Justworks’ International teams, including Operations, Legal, Customer Success, Sales and Product. You will drive the ongoing success of International operations through business process mapping, analysis, and process improvement. You will work cross-functionally with teams to document departmental and cross-departmental business processes, understand business objectives, and conduct gap analysis to drive transformation from current to future state. You thrive when digging into complex business areas and are an engaging and collaborative partner guiding business teams to optimize performance and deliver tangible value for Justworks.

Your Success Profile What You Will Work On

  • Engage with International operations and expansion teams to analyze and document business process diagrams for multiple areas of the business, uncovering critical gaps, pain points, bottlenecks and opportunities for automation

  • Partner with International leadership to understand strategic and operational goals; work cross-functionally to conduct “as-is” and “to-be” gap assessments that help to achieve business objectives

  • Utilize critical thinking to understand the context for current state processes, map interdependencies, and identify solutions

  • Leverage business process management tools and techniques to document a robust inventory of artifacts: process maps, business process architecture diagrams, to name a few

  • Facilitate process improvement and organizational transformation activities with business leaders and teams of different levels; design and document desired future-state workflows using industry-standard methodologies

  • Maintain and optimize operational workflows and business processes based on best practices, constantly looking for ways to improve ways of working to optimize our processes and to identify opportunities for automation

  • Facilitate cross team collaboration, managing multiple projects with internal staff, external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders

  • Exhibit strong skill in Organizational Change Management - proactively identify impacted teams and implementation considerations with moderate support from manager

  • Manage evolving inventory of business artifacts based on industry best practices

  • Identify and mitigate current or potential product/project risks

    Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in management consulting, business process management, business analysis, or similar field, with a focus on process improvement

  • Minimum 2+ year experience with LucidChart, Visio, or other business process mapping software

  • 1+ year experience in organizational design, organizational change management, and performance optimization

  • An analytical problem solver who operates well in obscurity, leverages data to derive insights, and is able to break down complex problems with a thoughtful, structured approach

  • A proactive team player who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and solve challenges impacting a fast growing business

  • An organized individual who demonstrates strong attention to detail while maintaining a queue of multiple projects

  • A strong writer with the ability to create business deliverables -- including business process maps and diagrams — all with minimal direction and support from a team lead or project manager

  • A self-starter who is continually learning and developing

  • Finance, legal, payroll, and high-growth expansion experience preferred

  • Experience in employer-of-record (EOR), international products, and working across multiple countries a plus

  • Six Sigma certification or experience a plus

    The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $122,000.00 - $134,200.00 per year.

    Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
