Job Description

Our clients are focused on improving business performance, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from transactions. Our growing Consumer Markets industry team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. This industry vertical team includes​ Consumer Products, Retail, Travel andTransportation clients.​

PwC’s Strategy& Trade Promotion Excellence (TPE) team offers clients the ability to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their trade promotion operations. This dedicated team is comprised of experts who bring significant practical experience and expertise to bear in helping consumer products companies improve their trade operations.

Our TPE team is collaborative and works shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to deliver practical solutions designed to improve the Return On Investment (ROI) of their trade spend while creating enduring competitive advantage. It is not unusual for our clients to realize a 5 to 20 percent improvement in annual profits within one to two years of program launch.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree Preferred: MBA or Master's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Working in professional services roles helping companies address multi-layer, complex client issues in support of enterprise architecture and technology strategies;

  • Understanding end-to-end value chain of IT applications and infrastructure; and,

  • Understanding of emerging technology trends and commercial offerings in support of those trends.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in

leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving, individual initiative, and

Enterprise Architecture and IT strategy engagements including the following areas:

  • Leading teams to generate a vision and creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views and encouraging improvement and innovation;

  • Building productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively seeking and providing guidance, clarification and feedback;

  • Identifying and addressing client needs by building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships;

  • Communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats;

  • Leveraging quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide meaningful insights to clients around their technology strategies; and,

  • Providing thought leadership around enterprise architecture and technology strategies.
