Cisco Phone Tech Support (2) NYC ONSITE F/T- 6mos+
Seeking a tech to assist in upgrading phones from analog to digital.This role is based in NY and requires local travel from site to site. No car is necessary. Work is perfomed during regular business hours but might require occasional nights and weekends.
Must be detail oriented.
Organized.
A lot of surveys need to be conducted.
Collection of data.
Any experience in Cisco VOIP, Cisco call manager, Cisco server support, program phones, swap out defective phones, troubleshooting circuits, diagnose problems in phones and network hardware, repair outages, Break/fix support….
