About Us:
Torch & Crown Brewing Company is looking for a delivery driver to help us deliver fresh beer to the good people of New York City and Long Island. At Torch & Crown, we aim high and move quickly. We're quickly growing our Bronx production space to be one of the largest in the City and operate the only production brewery and restaurant in Manhattan. We are looking for a conscientious team player who can help our fast-growing business reach its customers and provide top notch customer service in the process. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position with opportunity for overtime.
Job Responsibilities:
Make assigned retail and consumer beer deliveries throughout our entire distribution footprint, including New York City and Long Island (Primarily to retail accounts - Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets, etc). You will be operating our Ford Transit van and/or Box Truck (Non-CDL) during your shift, so a personal vehicle is not needed.
Provide customer service to accounts at each stop, collect payment, pick up empty kegs, and interact knowledgeably on our company and portfolio as needed.

Requirements:
This person must be a detail oriented, punctual, courteous ambassador for our brewery here in New York City & Long Island.
This individual must be capable of working 8-10 hour shifts. Flexibility will be required as the weekly demands fluctuate from week to week.
This is a labor-intensive, physically demanding position involving the safe movement of heavy items (e.g. kegs & cases of beer) in an urban environment, including safely navigating these items into basements, coolers, and all manner of tight spaces. This person must be physically capable of performing these demanding tasks.
Applicants must comply with all health & safety policies instituted by management (including any and all COVID-19 related requirements)
This person must have the legal right to work in the United States and maintain a valid driver's license (non-CDL) with a clean record.
Deliveries depart from our Bronx (Claremont) facility and daily commute to this location is expected.
We offer:
Hourly rate - $18
Overtime rate - $27
