1^st^ Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 4 am until the work is complete for the day. Generally 8 to 10 hr shift. Certain seasons are heavier than others.
All positions require heavy lifting throughout the day.
Workers needed include Replenishers for our Cooler/Freezer area. $14.50 an hour. High Priority
- Lift experience is preferred but will train if necessary. They operate standing Reach trucks and Bendi lifts to get down and put away product. Those with forklift experience are a good candidate for this job.
- They also receive and process incoming deliveries.
- Replenisher may also help with breakdowns and put-aways throughout the warehouse later in the day.
Individuals must dress to stay warm and are provided with face masks, gloves, and Hot Hands. After a certain amount of time, they will receive their own personal freezer suit.
In addition to cooler/freezer replenishers, we run regular replenishers, unloaders aka lumpers, and a forklift/unloader spot. $14 an hour for all these below.
Replenishers stock items such as candy, grocery, etc. They operate reach trucks occasionally.
Lumpers help to break down pallets when product arrives. They assist with put-aways throughout the warehouse. No equipment is required for this position.
The unloader job requires a forklift. This person unloads the truck deliveries. When there are no truck deliveries, this person will join the other two lumpers and perform those responsibilities.
