JOB REQUIREMENTS: Slate Hospitality Group, LLC is recruiting an experienced and motivated Hotel General Manager for our Cobblestone Hotel and Suites in Superior. WI The general manager is the glue that holds all moving parts of our business together. As a manager, you are expected to provide day-to-day leadership and direction by maximining financial returns, driving development of team members, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of the hotel in the local community, all while maintaining operational and guest services standards as defined by Cobblestone Hotels and Slate Hospitality Group, LLC. FINANCIALS & ACCOUNTING: Analyze financials and data to drive revenues, future profitability, and maximum return on investment. TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Develop programs that drive improvements in team member engagement and are aligned with the service philosophy. GUEST EXPERIENCE: Collaborate with colleagues and hotel team members to establish and implement services and programs that meet or exceed guest expectations. RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS: Ensure that Cobblestone Hotels and Slate Hospitality Group, LLC standards are embraced and practiced by all team members, including oneself. SALES & MARKETING: Responsible for acquiring and maintaining a solid base of customers and accounts and for attaining a high occupancy and level of profitability. SYSTEMS: Complete knowledge of Property Management System, Central Reservations System (CRS), all-time clock systems, lock programming, audit, PBX phone system, Expedia, Booking.com, TACS, Shit4, TripAdvisor, Google, C-Street, and SHG Portal EQUIPMENT: Maintain all equipment on property in compliance with warranties, codes, and ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must have FIVE years hotel management experience Must have strong coaching & leadership Skills Must be self-motivated and have a passion for the hospitality industry Must be highly organized and accurate and have an attention to detail Must have effective time management Must have excellent communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft office and have general computer skills ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: wwyssbrod@slatehg.com
