As our client is experiencing a surge in leads, we are seeking a skilled Appointment Setter and Calendar Manager to support our loan officers. This temporary role will last 2-6 weeks, starting as soon as 5/15. You must have experience working withing google suites and making outbound calls. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone calls and emails.

• Schedule appointments for loan officers based on availability and customer preferences.

• Maintain loan officers' calendars, ensuring appointments are accurately scheduled and updated.

• Gather and record essential customer information accurately and efficiently.

• Utilize Google Sheets, Google Documents, and Sure Fire to organize and manage customer data and appointment schedules.

• Liaise effectively with loan officers to coordinate appointments and provide necessary updates.
