AI Consultant and Solution Architect (f/m/d)

Are you skilled in harnessing the power of AI for transformative business solutions? We are inviting an AI Consultant and Solution Architect to join our AI consultancy & project delivery team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing Fujitsu's cutting-edge AI technologies, including our exclusive Private GPT solution, a comprehensive on-premise GPT software, hardware, and service stack, to drive digital transformation for our clients across Europe.

Role Overview

As an AI Consultant and Solution Architect, your mission will be to navigate our clients through advanced AI-driven digital transformations. Your key responsibilities will encompass assessing clients' current data infrastructures, aligning AI solutions with their business objectives, and leading the deployment of AI technologies, particularly our Private GPT solution. This role is crucial for Fujitsu’s strategy to revolutionize market approaches, leveraging our broad product range, IT services, and extensive partner ecosystem.

These exciting tasks await you :

As an AI Consultant and Solution Architect, your performance will be evaluated based on several key indicators that align with our strategic goals and operational excellence. These KPIs include:

• Successful Implementation of AI Projects: Measured by the number of AI solutions successfully delivered to customers and partners. This involves evaluating the effectiveness, timeliness, and client satisfaction of each project.

• Revenue Generation: Direct contribution to AI-related Platform AI revenue. This KPI assesses your role in generating revenue through the successful deployment of AI solutions, particularly our Private GPT offering.

• Community Engagement and Enablement: Your involvement in nurturing and growing Fujitsu’s internal and external AI communities. This includes sharing knowledge, best practices, and leading initiatives that foster a collaborative AI ecosystem.

• Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Assessed through client feedback and the ability to maintain long-term relationships with customers. This KPI is crucial for understanding the impact of your consulting and architectural expertise on client loyalty and trust.

• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Your contribution to the evolution and enhancement of Fujitsu’s AI offerings. This involves staying abreast of AI trends, suggesting improvements, and implementing new methodologies or technologies that advance our AI solutions.

• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Measured by the effectiveness of leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This includes your ability to inspire, manage, and drive teams towards achieving project goals and fostering a positive working environment

You should have the following qualifications:

We seek individuals with a profound understanding of AI and IT technologies, capable of integrating innovative solutions into client projects and steering multidisciplinary teams towards achieving strategic goals. The ideal candidate will exhibit:

• Deep knowledge in solution architecture with an emphasis on AI applications, including experience with GPT models.

• Expertise in Fujitsu’s Private GPT solution, offering a fully on-premise GPT software, hardware, and service stack.

• Strong leadership skills for managing diverse teams and conducting effective customer engagements.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts and solutions.
