The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Inspired by the Bavarian lifestyle and with 398 guest rooms and suites and nearly 5000 sqm of public space, including a state-of-the-art conference center, customized and first-class event needs are put into practice. The upscale concept includes the Italian restaurant & Vineria Assoluto with open show kitchen, the Assoluto Caffe and the Westhub Lounge & Bar, offering an outstanding culinary offering combined with warm hospitality in a stylish ambience. Our guests are also delighted by the spectacular roof terrace and MClub Lounge with panoramic views over the city, all the way to the Bavarian Alps. The hotel is located in the lively Westend, centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Munich's Old Town and within walking distance of the famous Oktoberfest grounds.

Who we are looking for...

Are you "hungry for business"? Are you likeable, a real "sales" personality and no distance to customers is too far for you? Then you've come to the right place. You will create enthusiasm for our fantastic new hotel product among our future customers and enable us to establish ourselves firmly in the market. You will not miss any opportunity to present yourself and to convince our customers of our quality. You will also play an important role in coordinating with our operational hotel team to always provide the best service to our customers.

What your responsibilities are...

• You are responsible for new customer acquisition, customer development and professional customer care in the area of the local and international corporate market as well as at trade fairs and events

• You are responsible for the contract management of all framework contracts and bookings

• You sell all hotel offers to our customers and guests, conducting professional and result-oriented sales talks

• You are present with our guests and customers

• You plan and organize internal customer events

• You work in close coordination with the revenue team to ensure an ideal occupancy around average rate

• You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team

• You have some relevant professional experience in the sales area in the upscale hotel industry or other industries.

• You are "hungry for business" - no way to the customer is too far for you!

• You have a fantastic appearance, are charming and convince with your professionalism

• You are a communication talent with great German and English language skills

• Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality

• Your enthusiasm to share your knowledge with your team and trainees is contagious!

• You hold a valid work permit for the EU/Germany
