With your organizational skills and your friendly nature, you will ensure that every stay will be remembered - again and again.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Event Planner (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

This is what your day looks like:

• Processing event inquiries for our 10 event rooms and group reservations.

• Preparation of offers and contracts

• Creation of function sheets

• Advising and supporting our guests, during and after the event

• Planning of events

• Preparation, execution and follow-up of events

• Coordination and communication with our operational and administrative departments

• Preparation of deposit invoices and final invoice control

What we want from you:

• Completed training in the hotel industry and initial professional experience in the field of events would be an advantage

• Previous knowledge of the OPERA booking system desirable

• Sales and organizational talent

• Cordiality and confident appearance

• Good knowledge of German and English
