Hilton Demi Chef de Partie in Munich, Germany

A fixture in Munich for decades, nationally and internationally renowned for its unique location directly on the English Garden, the 484 spacious rooms & suites, a total of 21 conference rooms and the relaxing pool & wellness area.

Ideal for conferences and meetings for up to 2,000 guests, but also for smaller private events, which are celebrated with a perfect view over the city in the Salon Marco Polo on the 15th floor.

We are now looking to support our team in the kitchen with a

Demi Chef de partie (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You support the creation and improvement of our gastronomic offer

You ensure that the high standards that guests expect from Hilton can be maintained and further improved at all times

You enjoy preparing high-quality food

You ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards

Hygiene standards are very important to you, so you always keep your work area clean

You are well organised and carry out all relevant mise en place work

You check the quality of the food

You look after and expand our valued clientele

You work on the planning and implementation of training courses

You train new employees and trainees in your area

Your profile:

You have completed vocational training as a chef or ideally have professional experience as a chef

You are motivated and enjoy working in a team

You have a goal-orientated and conscientious way of working and good time management skills

You have a friendly, well-groomed, personable and competent demeanour and enjoy contact with guests

You have very good communication skills
