Our Microsoft Southeast Europe Subarea team, part of larger Central Europe and Middle East team is responsible for leading, coaching and tightly working with in-country teams to provide scale and technical intensity within Microsoft Commercial Solution Areas enabling partners and customers to realize their full potential and business transformation.

Responsibilities

In the role of the Business Application Low Code/ No Code Solutions lead for Southeast Europe you will be working with our Commercial Area Solution (STU) team in Adriatic, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Turkey and Israel being accountable for Low Code / No Code business planning and delivery in forementioned territories with focus on our largest Enterprise customers across various industries.

You will be part of a dedicated sales community supported by Account teams, Sales Enablement and Operation, Technical Specialists, Engineering and Customer Success teams that enable you to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Power Platform.

You will be transformational leader bringing Application innovation fueled by AI, OpenAI and Chat GPT and enable through Low Code / No Code to the C-Suite executives, Business Decision Makers and IT leaders to help them adopt and accelerate innovation.

The following are the primary responsibilities of the Low Code / No Code Solution Specialist:

• Accountable for overall Subarea Low Code qualified pipeline sufficiency and influencing Account Planning and CXO/BDM Engagement with Low Code Expertise to have sufficiency for quota retirement territory plans.

• Build & maintain qualified pipeline coverage by translating BDM priorities to initiatives.

• Work with Partner Organization and In-country teams to engage in every opportunity and leverage the Microsoft partner ecosystem to scale and complement solution selling.

• Support BDM/CXO connections/engagements with Business Value Insights and value proposition of Low Code at scale.

• For top opportunities Lead customer Envisioning in each opportunity, yielding output of customer agreed business challenges, prioritized with business value and v-team accountabilities.

• Help in-country team Deliver compelling board-level proposals with commercial options aligned to customer transformation plan.

• Create and share business outcome, industry thought leadership customer stories and references

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• Extensive technology-related sales or account management experience

• OR Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Extensive solution or services sales experience.

• Experience in Application development, business process automation
