Responsibilities and Qualifications

Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. First point of customer contact for general inquires like pricing, products, scheduling etc. Builds and maintains business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty. Performs various clerical and secretarial duties including the following: computer data entry, telephone call processing, and assisting patients who seek equipment at the Medical Supply storefront. Performs related duties as assigned. Accepts call as needed. Meets equipment competency requirements.

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Other skills & knowledge (skills, knowledge, abilities) : Ability to convey messages clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer/data entry skills. Professional and customer friendly appearance and presentation.
