Job Description

At P&G, finance people are part of every multi-functional team and are key actors in business development and decision-making. As of Day 1, you will have full responsibility for key strategic initiatives. Whether it is external negotiations with customers, crafting new marketing/sales plans together with your colleagues, or improving the efficiency of logistics, you will feel your impact.

You will be offered a position in Finance & Accounting Team, while also working with colleagues from other functions such as Sales, Brand Management, and Supply Chain.

The typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathering and using data to support business decisions

  • Financial analysis of initiatives and projects that translates into recommendations on how to grow business

  • Analysis of financial statements of competitors and customers (retailers)

  • Responsible for quality execution of financial processes (e.g., monthly financial forecast), co-leading changes when necessary

  • Understanding and interpreting financial statements (Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet), different types of risks and how to address them

Job Qualifications

  • The job requires you to be based in Russia and attend the Moscow office at least a few days per week

  • A university degree (DipHE) is required

  • No more than 3 years after graduation

  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

  • Strong passion for business finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce would be preferable

  • Short work experience (internships, apprenticeships) would be considered a competitive advantage
