Our Renewal Coordinators manage the service agreement renewal process for contracts across the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring that all service agreements are renewed on time and that specified 120, 90, 60, and 30-day activities are completed.

This position is hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The initial training period of approximately 2 months will consist of all 5 working days in the office before transitioning to hybrid.

As a Renewal Coordinator , you will:   

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the renewal process

  • Assign and manage renewal activities at the 120, 90, 60, and 30-day milestones to ensure service agreements are renewed on time (before they expire); manage smaller service agreement renewals

  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations

  • Provide data for facilitation of renewal and Order Intake forecast meetings

  • Secure signed contracts and Purchase Orders; oversee the release of billing blocks on renewed contracts

  • Promote all service capabilities to customers, as well as the benefits of converting 3-month and 1-year agreements to 3 or 5-year agreements

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED

  • 2+ years of experience in service agreements renewals or service coordination in a service industry such as building automation, HVAC, fire alarm service, security system service, or fire/security monitoring

  • Demonstrated organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to read and understand customer service contracts

  • Must be willing and available to travel on a limited basis

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems (i.e., SAP)

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Familiarity or experience with HVAC / Fire Alarm / Security systems

  • Associate Degree

  • The pay range for this position is $61,110 - $104,760. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
