RESPONSIBILITIES Create and Achieve Profit Plan | Meet & Exceed Profit Plan Follow Front End Alignment process to create, evaluate and align scope, resources, and compensation prior to issuing proposals. Participate in proposal writing and interviews. Create raving fans, repeat clients, & client referrals. Develop and maintain a workplan to meet project goals and schedule. Hold team accountable for tasks and milestones. Obtain buy-in and guide client through decisions and design process. Follow JLG process to provide high-quality documents that meet JLG and industry standards, as well as code and technical requirements. Ensure documents are well coordinated and meet project program and goal outcomes. All other duties as assigned.
