Element Materials Technology Office Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Overview
Element has an opportunity for an Office Manager to provide customer support and general administrative support to lab operations.
Responsibilities
Operate at the front desk to greet incoming visitors and log them in, issue visitor badges, etc
Answer incoming calls and direct them as necessary
Coordinate services with various vendors (cleaning, security, uniforms)
Maintain stock of office supplies
Primary contact for procurement
Reconcile/manage accounts payable
Skills / Qualifications
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college plus two (2) to four (4) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
Ability to interface with customers to determine their needs and provide a satisfactory outcome
Experience working with Quality Management Systems (i.e. ISO 17025 and ITAR Regulations) and Trade Compliance Regulations (i.e. ITAR or EAR) is desired but not required

U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or U.S. Government export authorization is required.
